Effort: Performance & Rehabilitation can and will help you reach your goals. All sessions are scheduled for 45-60 minutes, and will be one-on-one with a clinician. One patient at a time, all the time. Treatment sessions will be heavily manual therapy based (Joint/soft tissue mobilization, Graston, massage, trigger point, massage cupping, etc) with individualized functional and corrective exercises prescribed. Your treatment plan will be constructed from the ground up to fit your personal needs to help you recover as quickly and efficiently as possible.
