Personal Training is one of the pillars of Effort: Performance and Rehabilitation. Your journey into a healthier and happier version of yourself starts with a 1-on-1 movement assessment, body composition assessment, and goal-setting interview. Your fitness journey shouldn’t be halted by injury or frustrating due to vague unprovable results. We pride ourselves in providing personal training programs that fit the person doing them and proving that it works. Fitness to us is three things:
